we aim to get your order out the door the same day it's placed, or the next working day at the latest.

UK shipping 

mainland UK orders go out with Evri:

• Evri Standard — typically 2–3 working days.
• Evri Next day — aims to arrive the next working day when ordered before our daily cutoff.

for areas Evri doesn't reach, including the Channel Islands, we ship via Royal Mail instead. delivery times here may run slightly longer due to customs handling between the Channel Islands and mainland UK.

international shipping

delivery times vary by region:

• Europe — typically 3–7 working days
• Rest of the world — typically 5–14 working days, depending on destination and local customs processing

these are estimates rather than guarantees — actual delivery can vary once your parcel reaches your local postal network.

fees & charges

for our supported international markets, duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and included at checkout, so what you pay at purchase is what you pay - no surprise charges on delivery. we've built this in so you can shop with confidence, wherever you're ordering from.

delays outside our control

occasionally, delivery can be affected by things outside our control - customs checks, courier delays, adverse weather, or high-demand periods like holidays. we'll always do what we can to help if this happens, but we're not able to guarantee delivery within the estimates above in these situations.
