here at Sweatstash, we are confident in the fact you'll love your purchase from us! however, if there is a problem, please read below.

return timeframe

UK and EU customers have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund, no reason required. for orders outside the UK and EU, we're able to help with faulty or incorrect items, but we don't currently offer change-of-mind returns for these regions.

cost

return postage is the customer's responsibility. please send returns using a tracked service, as we're only able to issue a refund once we can confirm the item has arrived back with us.

processing timeframe

refunds are issued within 14 days of your return reaching us. once processed, it may take a few additional working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

return guidelines

please include your order number when you get in touch, and return items in the condition they arrived - with tags attached and unworn beyond trying them on. any wear noted in the original listing won't affect your refund.
