RETURNING AN ITEM
Returns are only accepted if the item(s) is significantly not as described.
For example, if we missed a major issue with the item like a hole or a large stain.
(Every item sold is second hand/vintage therefore may show minor signs of wear. This is to be expected.)
There is a 14 day return window in which you can return the item back to us under these circumstances.
We do not accept returns if the item does not fit.
If a return is agreed, we will provide a return shipping label for you.
We will refund you in full to your original payment method once we have received the item back to us.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
Item doesnt fit? We offer a 14 day exchange window.
You can send your item back to us for either store credit or a new item from our website.
New items are uploaded daily so there are a lot of items to choose from.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying return postage for an exchange.
The item must be in it's original condition. The item will be inspected upon return.
If you'd like an item which costs less than the original item you purchased, we will partially refund you the difference.
If you'd like an item which costs more, we will price the new item as the difference you will need to pay.
